Introduction & Consent
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the amr club website and platform. All terms set out in this document constitute a legal agreement between you and amr club. By registering on our platform or beginning to use any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. amr club provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above, and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account at amr club, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and to update it promptly should any details change in the future. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential and sharing them with any third party is strictly forbidden. Full responsibility for any activity carried out through the account rests entirely with the account holder.
As part of the identity verification process (KYC), amr club may request information from your national ID card or passport. This information will be used solely for security and fraud prevention purposes and will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Financial Terms
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) can be deposited on the amr club platform via bKash, Nagad, and other approved methods. Minimum and maximum limits are set for each deposit and withdrawal transaction, which can be viewed within the platform. If suspicious or unusual financial activity is detected, amr club reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process for investigation purposes. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the specified business days; however, amr club will not be held liable for delays caused by banking or payment partners. To withdraw bonus or promotional funds, specific wagering requirements must be met, which will be detailed in the relevant offer's description.
Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity will result in immediate account termination, and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
All games and betting activities on amr club are conducted under specific regulations, and the outcome of every game is determined entirely by a neutral random algorithm. Using any form of bot, automated software, or other technological advantage to play is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. If a user objects to a game outcome, our support team will carry out a detailed review and communicate a decision, which shall be considered final. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Amr club bears limited liability for any financial loss, technical error, or damage resulting from third-party actions arising from the use of the amr club platform. Should a game session be interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or other technical reasons, we will arrange compensation where applicable; however, a guarantee cannot be provided in all cases. If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first and attempt to reach a resolution. The support team will review the matter and communicate a decision within seven business days, seeking a fair resolution that takes both parties' interests into account. There is an appeals process available against amr club decisions, and if necessary, the matter will be settled under the applicable legal framework of Bangladesh.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the document as a whole will not be invalidated.
